CLANWAR CUP RULES
The cup is supervised by administrators who are responsible for enforcing the rules and scheduling matches that aren't scheduled on time by the clans. For any problems, contact the administrators on the cup's IRC channel or use the e-mail fifa@efm-gaming.com
· Clanwars are divided in 5. If a clan presents less than 5 players, they loose the matches without a player assigned.
· Each game has to consist of 2 matches. These matches count as 'home' and 'away'. . For every win in a match the team wins 2 points , for every draw 1 point and 0 points for a loss. The team with the highest number of points wins.
· Clans should meet in a channel indicated for the organization.
To know who plays against another, each leader has to put the players that he wants to participate in the clanwar in web. He has to do it 15 minutes before the clanwar starts.
· When a player disconnects during his match, the match has to be continued from the moment of disconnection. For example; In the 20th minute of the 1st half of the 1st match: another 25 minutes in that half, and the rest of the match to be played. Upon a second disconnect, the player forfeits the match.
· Both Clubs and Nations Teams can be used in this Cup, also against eachother.
· A forfeit matchloss corresponds to a 5-0 loss. Forfeit clanwar represents a result of 20-0
· In group stages is allowed to draw
In case a game ends in a draw in play-off, the following steps have to be taken:
1- The team that scored more goals wins the match. For example, Team A 10-10 Team b, but teamA scored 23 goals and TeamB 20, so TeamA wins the match.
2- If point 1 dont give a winner, the entire match has to be replayed, in defenition.
3- Clans cannot play 'a deciding match'.
All players must be present before the meeting time (i.e. not 1 minute or 5 minutes after but before the meeting time). Being present means being in the match channel and using a nickname and tag that clearly matches the nickname and tag registered on efm-gaming. Once players have shown their presence, they are free to reboot (but must return to the match channel within 5 minutes). Faking a players presence by making someone else pose as him will result in a forfeit loss.
These rules are subject to change at any time. Changes made after the start of the season will always be reported on the cup page. All clans are expected to know all the rules; not knowing them is no valid excuse for not following them.
For situations not covered by the rules, the supervisors will together make decisions based on the spirit of the existing rules and in the interests of justice.
